Hunt Mottet Lofts

Originally built in 1906 and renovated in 2006, the Hunt Mottet lofts include 21 apartments ranging from 1,200-1,500 square feet each. Renovated by San Francisco developer, Mike Bartlett, of Horizon Partners Northwest, this 8-story structure sits in a prime location on Pacific Avenue in downtown Tacoma.

Tenants enjoy the spacious layouts and views of the city and mountains. High end fixtures, finishes, ample office space and easy access to I-5 are some of the many features. The goal for the lofts design was to preserve and restore certain aesthetic components of the building such as the 100+ year old Douglas fir floors, the timber columns and beams seen throughout the building, and the exposed masonry work reflective of the warehouse district.
